Burning Tree Ranch HOA COMMUNITY EVENTS

BTRHOA  organizes a variety of events each year to benefit the community. Please see the "2024 Events Schedule" below. Specific details will be added to this schedule as plans are finalized.

• Monthly BTRHOA Board Meeting --- 3rd Tues. each month, 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. at the Franktown Fire Station.  (Meetings are subject to change without notice. Please see the "BTR Updates" page for Board meeting change notifications.) 

• Trash Bash --- The 2024 Trash Bash (for HOA members only) is scheduled for Sat., June 1st, from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. The dumpster will be located in the cul-de-sac at the north end of Burnt Oak Drive (in the northwest corner of the subdivision).

• Adopt-A-Road ---  The 2024 HOA  Adopt-A-Road neighborhood cleanup is scheduled for Sat., June 1st, from 9 a.m. - 11 a.m. We will meet in the Burnt Oak Dr. cul-de-sac. We will supply the bags and safety vests. Please let us know at  btrboard@gmail.com if you plan to participate.

• Summer Picnic --- All BTR residents are invited!  Date: Sat., July 13th at  Whispering Pines Park (Shelter A). Time: 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. The HOA will provide hamburgers, hotdogs, and bottled water, plus plates and utensils. Those who would like to  bring a side dish or a dessert to share are welcome to do so. • Annual BTRHOA Meeting --- Sept. 24, 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. at the Franktown Fire Station.
