Burning Tree Ranch is a rural residential community in Franktown, Colorado that is abundant in natural beauty. Ponderosa pines, rolling hills, wildflowers, mountain views, and a variety of wildlife have always been the focal point that makes our neighborhood such a special and amazing place to call home.
Burning Tree Ranch has a voluntary HOA, and is a covenant-controlled community, to which all residents are bound, regardless of whether they are members of the HOA. Because HOA dues are not mandatory and there are no common areas to maintain, Burning Tree Ranch is not a “common interest community” and thus is not subject to the requirements of the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act (CCIOA).
It is our goal to ensure that the lands shall be developed and maintained as a highly desirable rural residential area, and that the natural beauty, native setting, and surroundings shall always be protected. To that end, the HOA works with residents to help them comply with the covenants in order to protect the natural beauty, the property values, and the general quality of life for all residents of Burning Tree Ranch.
